These are the main frequently asked questions, so to save time we've put them on our website for you.

If there is a question you have that isn’t answered here please go to the contact page and send us a message. We will then respond to the enquiry as quickly as possible.

How much much will it cost me to put on a JimmyJoe’s fundraising event?

Absolutely nothing! We provide all bags flyers and posters for free. Once you have filled the bags we will collect them when it suits you.

How will my collection be weighed?

The total weight of all of the individual collection bags will be added together to give a total. After that JimmyJoe's will pay per kilo of donation.

Where do you operate?

Our head office is Unit 5 Carr House, 8 Hawley Road, Hinckley, Leics, LE10 0PR. However we are happy to post your event pack to anywhere in the UK and arrange a collection by appointment from one of our collection vans.

When will we receive payment for our collection?

JimmyJoe's can give you a cheque or make a bank transfer within 48 hours of collection.

How often can we book an event?

You can book an event with us as often as you like!

Where do the clothes go?

The clothes will be sent to the JimmyJoe's sorting center after being collected. Here clothes are ranked as wearable clothing or no longer wearable.

Non wearable clothing will be sold as cloth and the ones that can still be warn are then sold as affordable clothes.
